A Leading Financial Industry having strong presence in India needs District Manager on Immediate Basis for Pune/Vadodara/Ahmedabad ;

Location : This Post is for Pune/Vadodara/Ahmedabad
Package : Salary 2 – 3 lac p.a.
Qualifications : The Candidate must be a graduate.
Profile :Team Manager / DSM
The DSM has to :

  1. Handle a Team of 6 ON ROLL Sales Associates placed at various Dealers/Distributors.
  2. Manage & motivate the Sales Team to generate max Finance/loans on Consumer Goods / Two wheelers / Mobile /Laptop finances.
  3. The DSM has to manage the ON ROLL Team & Motivate them to generate max Finances.
  4. The DSM must generate the profitable business for the organization through his team.

Eligibility :

  1. Must be having a Good nick of Team Management & Training
  2. Must have a Pleasing Personality with Excellent Communication Skills.
  3. Must be having experience in Team Management
  4. Experience: Between 4 – 10 years of experience in Team Management
